This Four Week Series will cover fundamental aspects of Yoga and is perfect for any beginning student, or returning students who are looking for a gentle refresher. Taught by Emily Garrett.
Fee is $60 per four week session - this includes your own new yoga mat (available at the first session). If you already have a mat, the cost is $40. Space is limited, pre-registration is necessary. Please email questions to info@yogavermont.com.
