This Six Week Series will cover fundamental aspects of Yoga and is perfect for any beginning student, or returning students who are looking for a gentle refresher. Taught by Emily Garrett.
Fee is $60 per six week session - Please bring your own yoga mat (or borrow a friends). They are also available for purchase at the studio or at The Lotus Shop at 197 College Street.
