Beginning Ashtanga - Five Week Series

Five Week Beginning Ashtanga series are workshop style, one hour classes.  The tradition of physical practice will enable us to build health, ease, strength, flexibility, agility and endurance.   We will go over everything step by step, with personal options, modifications and variations.  Ashtanga Yoga becomes a moving meditation once one is familiar with the breath by breath method and experiences the inner workings of the positions.  I promise it will be a fun exploration of gravity and mind quieting techniques.   - Kathy
