A workshop style practice — Become comfortable with the choreography of movement & stillness on breath. Questions will be answered as they arise.
Develop the discipline of self practice — Students arrive any time between 6:00 & 7:00 am to close out by 8:00 am. This is an excellent method for committing Ashtanga Series to memory. Learn Ashtange Yoga one piece of information at a time.
A vigorous discipline — Classes are led to the extent that is appropriate. If beginners are present there will be more instruction. Seasoned practitioners can expect less. Led classes provide a beautiful structure that enhances breath & keeps the pace of practice even.

Breath-synchronized movement, just like Ashtanga — Instructors combine creative sequencing, ujjayi & isometrics. These classes are led by demonstration with light hearted attempts at things beyond our reach.
