Outside United States - International Orders
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We are unable to fulfill International Orders via the web store. If you would like to place an International order, please email us with with specific details of your order and your delivery address. We will respond to your email within 5 business days with shipping options and costs. The following table shows estimated shipping charges (actual cost will vary depending upon size and weight of package).

2. Your order
We do our best to ship in stock items within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email and let you know what to expect.
Our standard delivery method is UPS ground for packages and USPS for lightweight envelopes, etc. Orders will typically arrive within 2-8 business days.
Effective May 1, 2008: Due to increases in shipping costs we are unable to offer a Next Day Air Selection. Shipping rates vary considerably depending on what items are ordered and shipping destination. If wish to have an order shipped via UPS Next Day Air, or Second Day air, please call or email us, or leave a note in the comments section of the order and we will contact you with a shipping rate.
If your order has special needs or you have a specific request regarding shipping, please indicate in the comments section of the form, or drop us an e-mail. We will do our best to accomodate you.

Please note, there are no shipping charges for gift certificates (they will be delivered by US Mail) or workshop registrations.

any item, just send it back to us within 30 days at the address above. Please let us know if you would like to exchange your purchase or if you would prefer a refund.
