Six Week Sessions

At Yoga Vermont, we find students appreciate the flexibility of ongoing classes, yet many inquire about options to "begin at the beginning." We developed Six Week Sessions to meet this need and provide a special forum for learning. A consistent, committed group of students, individual attention, and progression through a focused curriculum, make this forum popular with students and instructors alike.

Sessions are typically an hour long. Pre-registration is required. Students will find it helpful to refrain from eating a full meal before class, bring along water, a small towel for sweat, and your own yoga mat (or borrow one from a friend!)

Session 1: 1/12-2/16
Tuesdays 7:30-8:30 pm

Session 2: 3/9-4/13
Tuesdays 7:30-8:30 pm

Beginner Sessions take the time to lay down the fundamentals and ease into the physical Ashtanga practice. Instructors make this practice accessible and provide personal support and modifications. Scott York instructs.

Six Week Series take place at the Chace Mill Studios. Fee is $60 per six week session. Space is limited, pre-registration is necessary. Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat to the session. They are available for purchase at the studio or at our store, The Lotus Shop at 197 College Street. Please email questions to info@yogavermont.com.
